Although the principles of Japanese Psychology are clear and straightforward, applying them to one’s own unique needs and circumstances is not necessarily easy. An individual session with an experienced practitioner of Japanese Psychology can facilitate that process, helping you to reach your goals and address your challenges in a timely way, and to derive the greatest possible benefit from this natural approach to mental wellness.
Here are some of the problems that can be addressed through individual sessions:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Phobias
- Substance Abuse
- Social Anxiety
- Perfectionism
- Obsessions / Compulsions
- Attention-related issues
- Procrastination
We can refer you to a Certified Practitioner of Japanese Psychology in your local area, if there is one, or you can work by phone or zoom with our ToDo Institute staff practitioner.
