The Thing You Need to Do Today

Do what you need to do today without a strategy or a reward.
You don’t need to be told what to do
or how to do it. You know that already.
There is nothing to figure out.
You know how to Lead with the Body.
You know how to cope with RESISTANCE.
You can Coexist with Thoughts and Feelings that point you in the wrong direction.
You have a Purpose — something important to do.
There is just showing up and making your best effort —
Sincere, dedicated, disciplined, whole-hearted effort.
Mindful effort. Grateful Effort. Disappear-in-the-activity Effort.
Get out of your head.
You don’t need to live there.
Your real life is in front of you. Around you.
Make contact with it.
You talked to yourself a lot yesterday.
You talked to other people about things that don’t make a difference.
So now it’s time to put your words in your pocket.
And take action.
You change your HISTORY, by what you do TODAY!
You change your KARMA, by what you do TODAY!
YOU change . . . by what you do today.
