Psychology Today has recently published a series of articles about Japanese Psychology!
The articles were written by Saori Miyazaki, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist from California, who received her Certification in Japanese Psychology from the ToDo Institute in 2007. Saori has studied Morita Therapy and Naikan extensively, drawing on the knowledge and expertise of professionals from Japan and around the world. She brings a deep understanding of this work, developed through her many years of study and practice.
She begins her first article by asking, “Have you ever wondered if we could manage our mental health issues by using methods other than Western psychotherapy?”
